Join Leidos as a Part-Time TRICARE Beneficiary Services Representative (BSR) at Aviano Air Base, Italy. This 20-hour/week role (Mon-Fri 10AM-2PM) supports active-duty military and families via the TRICARE Overseas Program (TOP) under the Defense Health Agency (DHA). Key Responsibilities
- Process enrollments, disenrollments, and portability in DOES and MHS Genesis.
- Update PCMs following MTF guidelines.
- Deliver education on benefits, claims, and resources in-person/phone.
- Lead briefings for key events like in-processing and retirement.
- Manage data entry for activities and OHI; ensure HIPAA compliance.
- Escalate issues and train team members.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s OR Associate’s +4yrs specialized exp. OR Cert +4yrs OR HS +8yrs.
- U.S. Citizen with SOFA status, Missione Visa, Soggiorno permit.
- ADP IT III eligible; 3+ yrs customer service.
Essential Skills
- Strong English communication and MS Office proficiency.
- Self-motivated with multitasking and detail orientation.
Preferred Experience
- TRICARE, DEERS, DOES, MHS Genesis familiarity.
- Military healthcare or managed care background.

Responsibilities
- Verify benefits, process enrollments/disenrollments/portability via DOES and MHS Genesis
- Manage Primary Care Manager (PCM) changes per MTF guidelines
- Provide TRICARE education, enrollment, claims guidance in-person and phone
- Assist with claims status updates and beneficiary support
- Conduct briefings for in/out processing, maternity, pre-separation events
- Record daily activities and Other Health Insurance (OHI) data
- Assess/escalate issues, refer complex cases
- Ensure HIPAA compliance, PHI confidentiality, complete trainings
- Support remote operations, train new staff, other duties
