Core Responsibilities
- Process enrollments, disenrollments, and portability transfers using DOES and MHS Genesis.
- Execute PCM changes following Military Treatment Facility protocols.
- Deliver expert guidance on benefits, claims, and resources via in-person and phone support.
- Lead briefings for key life events like deployments, maternity, and retirements.
- Ensure HIPAA-compliant data handling, OHI recording, and timely issue escalation.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Associate’s degree or High School +8 years specialized experience.
- U.S. Citizen with SOFA status, Missione Visa, Soggiorno permit.
- 3+ years customer service; ADP IT III clearance eligible.
Essential Skills
Excel with strong English communication, MS Office mastery, presentation skills, independence, organization, and detail orientation.
Preferred Qualifications
- TRICARE/DEERS/DOES/MHS Genesis knowledge.
- Experience in military healthcare, managed care, or medical claims.
