UH-60A/L Blackhawk Maintenance Test Pilot - Leidos Opportunity
Leidos delivers innovative airborne solutions through our Integrated Airborne Solutions (IAS) division. Join our team supporting the Army National Guard (ANG) Aviation Training Services and Operational Support (ATSOS) program as a UH-60A/L Blackhawk Maintenance Test Pilot (MTP) in Marana, AZ.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct Maintenance Test Flights (MTF) on UH-60A/L helicopters to accept maintenance/modifications.
- Perform flights verifying aircraft/component functionality in flight environments.
- Execute Pre-Phase, Post-Phase, General (GMTF), and Limited (LMTF) test flights.
- Meet all Aircrew Training Program (ATP) requirements per DCMA INST 8210-1D, AR 95-1, and dATM, including no-notice evaluations.
- Coordinate daily tasks, schedules, and leaves for contract team to support AATS missions.
- Ensure compliance with Army, National Guard, and AATS regulations.
- Report instructor flight/operation data monthly.
Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma + 10 years or Bachelor’s + 6 years applicable experience.
- DCMA 8210-1D certification; 1,000 PIC hours (300 in UH-60A/L).
- USAACE/AATS-qualified IP; ITC/ABIC qualified.
- FAA Commercial/ATP Certificate; Second Class Medical or Army Class 2 FDME.
- SP/IE/IP/ME experience; meets TR 350-10/70 instructor standards.
