Primary Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy UiPath-based automations.
- Lead process discovery, requirements gathering, and solution design.
- Integrate AI tools like Anthropic Claude, ChatGPT, and Microsoft Copilot.
- Manage UiPath Orchestrator for scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Implement robust exception handling, logging, and documentation (PDDs, SDDs).
- Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in CS/Engineering + 2 years UiPath experience (or equivalent).
- Hands-on UiPath development and Orchestrator expertise.
- U.S. Citizen eligible for immediate Secret clearance.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and independent work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
- UiPath RPA Developer certification.
- AI experience (prompt engineering, OpenAI, Copilot).
- Microsoft Power Platform, Python, SQL, Git/Jira.
- Active Secret clearance or IAT Level II.

- U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain Secret clearance immediately (experience)
- Strong software development fundamentals & problem-solving (experience)
- Experience with AI platforms & prompt engineering (preferred) (experience)
- IAT Level II Certified or eligible (preferred) (experience)
