UX Architect Role Overview

As UX Architect, lead user-centered digital experiences using Salesforce design/development, responsive CSS/HTML, and single-page apps. Shape UX strategy for usability, accessibility, and appeal. Translate complex needs into intuitive interfaces with hands-on scalable designs, team mentoring, and code quality standards. Partner with product managers, developers, and stakeholders on research, wireframes, prototypes, and journeys. Advocate inclusivity and deliver measurable business outcomes. Showcase your portfolio of diverse platform designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop/implement UX strategies aligning business/user needs
• Conduct research, testing, data analysis for designs
• Create wireframes, prototypes, journey maps
• Collaborate on requirements/design solutions
• Guide dev team on consistent, maintainable implementation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's (or equiv) + 8+ years UI dev/architecture
• Design tools: Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Axure RP
• Salesforce UX: LWC, reusable components, Apex
• Responsive/mobile-first principles
• HTML/CSS/JS familiarity
• Communication, problem-solving, teamwork skills
