Voice and Hardware Systems Engineer - TS/SCI with Poly
Join Leidos' National Solutions Sector at Schriever Space Force Base (SFB) in Colorado Springs, CO, supporting critical mission applications for the Intelligence Community (IC). As a Voice and Hardware Systems Engineer, you'll execute, refine, and supervise voice system and hardware engineering operations in a dynamic, purpose-built enterprise environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver Tier 2 support for mission-critical IT systems, telecom trunk circuits, voicemail, and telephone units.
- Proactively maintain hardware to ensure 100% availability of launch communications systems.
- Conduct daily system health checks and create knowledge articles for Tier 1 efficiency.
- Engineer enterprise VoIP solutions using Cisco phones, voicemail, and Call Manager.
- Manage incidents, problems, configurations, and changes to minimize downtime.
- Develop innovative technical solutions through rigorous analysis.
Basic Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph (U.S. Citizen required).
- BS + 2+ years or Masters + relevant experience; DoD 8570 cert (e.g., Security+).
- Proven launch/mission ops and voice systems engineering experience.
- Expertise in classified comms infrastructure supporting U.S. strategic launch.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and on-call availability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced analytical skills.
- Experience with SharePoint and ServiceNow.
- ITIL Foundations certification.
