We're seeking Expressions of Interest from skilled V&V Engineers to join our Scoresby, Victoria team on upcoming projects requiring NV-2 clearance (TSPV potential). Your Role & Impact
Under a Chief Architect, you'll ensure complex hybrid cloud systems meet rigorous standards. Lead testing across hardware/software, from planning to execution, driving compliance and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop/execute V&V plans, procedures, and matrices
- Perform functional, environmental, acceptance testing
- Maintain requirements traceability
- Analyze results, resolve defects with teams
- Collaborate on strategies with stakeholders/vendors
- Support test setups for production/quality
What You'll Bring
- Systems/Software Engineering degree or equivalent experience
- Defence/Aerospace/Government project background
- Proficiency in ALM, Jira, or similar tools
- Knowledge of defence standards/compliance
- Australian Citizen with active NV-2 clearance

- Conduct functional, environmental, and acceptance testing per industry standards
- Ensure traceability of requirements across system components and documentation
- Analyse test results, identify defects, and support resolution with engineering teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to align testing strategies
- Support production and quality teams with test equipment setup and diagnostics
