Weapons and Tactics Analyst Opportunity at Leidos

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and implement Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP); update Air Force Instructions and exercise Designed Learning Objectives (DLO).
• Serve as wing-level advocate at Weapons and Tactics (WEPTAC) events, collaborating on best practices with internal/external AF DCGS stakeholders.
• Align training and exercise DLOs with operational mission initiatives; participate in HQ ACC-led exercise planning, execution, and lessons learned capture.
• Leverage understanding of AF DCGS operations, ISR policy, guidance, Intelligence Community Directives, systems integration, and information exchanges at DCGS and Air Operations Center levels.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years experience or Master's with 6+ years (additional experience may substitute for degree).
• Current TS/SCI Security Clearance required.
• Experience/familiarity with Jira/Confluence tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience with DCGS operations.
