  • Training & Technique Mastery: Design and implement comprehensive sales training programs; provide one-on-one guidance to New Home Consultants on advanced sales techniques, objection handling, and closing strategies to boost conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
  • Operational Coordination: Facilitate seamless collaboration between sales teams, operations, escrow, and mortgage partners to ensure timely closings, minimizing delays and maximizing homeowner happiness.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Oversee escrow tracking, sales reporting, and paperwork reviews for full regulatory compliance. Coordinate with escrow companies, lenders, and internal teams to resolve issues swiftly.
  • Event & Meeting Management: Represent Lennar at promotional events, grand openings, and community fairs; lead regular sales meetings to strategize, troubleshoot challenges, and keep leadership informed of market trends and performance metrics.
