  • Strategize and execute comprehensive outside sales campaigns to fuel company growth, including regular visits to Lennar communities, realtor offices, and key networking locations.
  • Host engaging First Time Homebuyer Seminars in communities to generate high-quality leads and forge partnerships with New Home Consultants.
  • Actively participate in builder functions, realtor events, status meetings, phase releases, phone banks, and special promotions to expand your referral network.
  • Proactively engage prospects across multiple communities, presenting Lennar Mortgage offerings, securing loan applications, and attending closings to celebrate milestones.

Customer Service and Loan Advisory

  • Deliver personalized mortgage recommendations based on in-depth analysis of customers' financial profiles, needs, and goals.
  • Review financial data meticulously, lock interest rates at least 15 days prior to closing, and ensure seamless transitions through the loan pipeline.
  • Maintain unwavering compliance with federal, state, and Lennar Mortgage regulations throughout the entire origination process.

Lead Management and Communication

  • Conduct daily reviews of incoming leads, followed by immediate outreach via phone, email, and in-person/virtual meetings to convert prospects.
