  • Audit New Sales Agreements and Manage Contract Documents: Review for completeness, compliance, and accuracy; maintain comprehensive job files throughout the process.
  • Copy and Distribute Agreements: Efficiently share documents with buyers, realtors, and stakeholders as applicable.
  • Schedule & Coordinate Walks and Settlements: Align CEL Walk, ACC Walk, and settlement dates/times with Production teams for seamless execution.
  • Update JDE System: Input critical dates including CEL Walk, ACC Walk, COE, and other milestones to keep division leadership informed.
  • Send Closing Letters: Distribute all settlement-related correspondence to appropriate parties promptly.
  • Process FHA Documents: Handle specialized paperwork for communities requiring FHA approval.
  • Review and Sign Seller Documents: Ensure all seller-side paperwork is vetted and executed correctly for settlements.
  • Set Up Closing Folders: Prepare organized packets with documentation, keys, and essentials for handover at closing.
  • Maintain Closing Calendar: Synchronize schedules with Lennar Title, external Title companies, and Lenders.
  • Assist Leadership: Support Division President and VP of Sales/Marketing on special projects as needed.

Technical & Behavioral Qualifications

Technical Requirements

  • Two years of escrow experience (homebuilding industry experience highly preferred).

  • Accurate typing speed of 60-70 WPM.
  • Valid driver’s license for occasional site visits.
  • Current Notary Public certification (preferred).
