  • Issue Resolution: Manage settlement questions via email with lightning-fast response times to maintain momentum.
  • Daily & Monthly Reporting: Handle Lennar Daily Settlements & Projections, plus Monthly Settlement Backlog Projections.
  • Mortgage Updates: Track statuses with Eagle Home Mortgage and outside lenders; update JDE and Excel reports with NHO/COE dates and times.
  • System Management: Update COE dates for current sales in JDE; review and sign seller documents.
  • Calendar & Reporting Mastery: Maintain the closing calendar; create JDE/Excel reports for weekly distribution to stakeholders.
  • Communications: Send Settlement Notification Letters to Buyers and NHCs; draft mortgage, closing, and cancellation default letters.
  • Compliance & Tracking: Secure HUD Approvals; track Temporary Use & Occupancy (U&O) agreements and lender escrows for refunds.
  • Quality Oversight: Ensure accuracy in contracts and closing documentation execution.
  • Project Support: Assist with ad-hoc projects to drive divisional success.
