  • Safety & Compliance Mastery: Maintain impeccable job site cleanliness, safety protocols, and adherence to State, Federal, and local building codes. Conduct regular safety meetings, maintain accurate logs, and perform Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) inspections per county, state, and federal guidelines.
