• Negotiate and Resolve Issues: Address concerns from inspectors and trade partners with cost-effective solutions, contributing to Continuous Improvement Processes (CIP) by identifying efficiencies and best practices.
• Manage Trade Communications: Handle daily interactions and invoice approvals via Build Pro, ensuring timely notifications, workflow efficiency, and accurate payments. Provide feedback to the Lead Construction Manager on trade partner performance to strengthen relationships.
• Ensure Safety and Compliance: Maintain impeccable job site cleanliness, conduct regular safety meetings, keep accurate safety logs, and perform Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan inspections per County, State, and Federal guidelines. Proactively mitigate risks to avoid violations.
• Documentation and Approvals: Oversee change orders, purchase orders, and all required documentation for seamless project tracking.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, customer care, and management teams for effective communication and swift problem resolution.
