  • Negotiation & Continuous Improvement: Negotiate cost-effective solutions with inspectors and trade partners. Contribute to Lennar's Continuous Improvement Processes (CIP) by identifying efficiencies, best practices, and innovative approaches to reduce costs and enhance quality.
  • Trade Partner Management: Handle daily communications, invoice approvals through Build Pro software, and provide feedback to the Lead Construction Manager on trade partner performance, influencing key relationships and vendor selections.
  • Safety & Compliance Mastery: Maintain job site cleanliness, safety protocols, and adherence to State, Federal, and local building codes. Conduct regular safety meetings, maintain accurate logs, and perform Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) inspections per county, state, and federal guidelines.
