• Assist in Preparing and Maintaining Job Schedules: Collaborate with project leads to develop timelines, track progress, and ensure milestones are met, using tools like MS Excel for precise scheduling.
• Inspect and Enforce Job Safety Requirements: Conduct regular site inspections to uphold OSHA standards, mitigate risks, and promote a culture of safety among all team members and subcontractors.
• Complete ‘Punch Lists’ and Assist in New Home Orientation: Identify and resolve final construction defects, walk through homes with homeowners, and ensure seamless handovers with zero defects.
• Attend Construction Meetings and Training Classes: Participate in daily huddles, weekly reviews, and ongoing professional development sessions to stay ahead of industry best practices.
• Ensure Job Site Cleanliness and Model/Inventory Maintenance: Maintain pristine work environments, organize materials, and support model home upkeep to enhance community appeal.
• Assist in Service-Related Issues: Troubleshoot post-construction concerns, coordinate repairs, and deliver outstanding customer service to foster long-term homeowner satisfaction.
