  • Internal Communications Mastery: Design a wide array of digital and print materials, including emails, newsletters, reports, presentations, posters, documents, forms, and templated training resources. Your work will reach thousands of Associates, making complex information accessible and engaging.
  • Operational & Educational Tools: Spearhead the development of operational guides and playbooks for corporate and business divisions, alongside internal culture and education materials like flyers, posters, and specialty items that promote learning and team spirit.
  • Event & Video Expertise: Craft compelling content for special events—internal and external—including communication emails, invitations, collateral, and updates. Additionally, design storyboards for marketing videos and internal communications, bridging visuals with narrative impact.
  • Collaboration & Leadership: Build strong relationships across Lennar teams and business units, offering high-quality creative solutions and consultations. Collaborate seamlessly with Creative and Communications teams to meet strategic objectives.
