Detailed Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Communication: Conduct daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly check-ins with New Home Consultants, disseminating critical sales, marketing, and product updates to drive performance.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales reports; monitor activities closely and provide actionable recommendations to the Division President.
  • Sales Operations: Organize and lead sales meetings, phone banks, and training sessions; enforce company policies and resolve operational challenges swiftly.
  • Field Engagement: Visit each community weekly to assess progress, support the team, and stay connected to on-the-ground realities.
  • Realtor & Event Management: Develop and execute targeted Realtor programs; assist in planning special events to boost community visibility and sales.
  • Customer & Issue Resolution: Handle customer concerns, mediate sales and closing issues across departments (e.g., Closing, Field, Customers), and track mortgage statuses for all sales.
  • Mentoring & Development: Provide hands-on coaching, set individual goals, conduct performance appraisals, and ensure optimal staffing in Welcome Home Centers.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with Marketing to refine strategies based on market analysis, pricing, and customer needs; remain agile in competitive landscapes.
  • Always-On Support: Be available 7 days a week via cell or email to empower your sales team.
