  • Sales Operations & Training: Organize and lead sales meetings, phone banks, and training sessions as needed. Enforce company policies, resolve issues, and stay informed on mortgage statuses for all sales in the area.
  • Field Engagement: Visit each community weekly to assess progress, build team morale, and identify opportunities. Develop and execute Realtor programs to expand our network and drive referrals.
  • Event & Promotion Management: Assist in organizing special events to promote communities and company initiatives, collaborating with marketing for maximum impact.
  • Leadership & Mentoring: Cultivate open communication, mentor consultants through goal-setting, performance coaching, and appraisals. Manage staffing in Welcome Home Centers, provide feedback, and address associate concerns.
  • Customer & Issue Resolution: Handle customer problems, assist in sales and closing issues involving departments like closing, field associates, and homeowners. Be on call 7 days a week via cell or email.
  • Market Strategy: Work with marketing to adjust strategies, review market analysis for pricing and customer needs, and ensure competitiveness.
