Detailed Responsibilities

Business Development and Lead Generation

  • Strategize and execute comprehensive outside sales campaigns, including regular visits to Lennar communities, realtor offices, and industry events in the Carmel area.
  • Host engaging First Time Homebuyer Seminars to generate high-quality leads and build rapport with New Home Consultants and prospects.
  • Actively participate in builder functions, phase releases, phone banks, and special promotions to expand your referral network.

Customer Engagement and Loan Advisory

  • Conduct face-to-face meetings to assess financial profiles, recommend optimal mortgage products, and lock interest rates at least 15 days pre-closing.
  • Provide tailored guidance on loan options, ensuring alignment with customers' unique financial needs and goals.
  • Maintain meticulous adherence to federal, state, and Lennar Mortgage guidelines throughout origination.

Lead Management and Communication

  • Daily review of leads with immediate follow-up via phone, email, and in-person/virtual meetings.
  • Foster seamless communication with internal teams (underwriting, processing) and external stakeholders (realtors, title companies).
  • Support New Home Consultants with pre-qualifications to bolster sales pipelines.

Loan Processing and Reporting

  • Originate and prepare loan applications with precision, updating the CRM system with statuses, conversations, locks, projections, and expenses.

Technical Requirements

  • Active NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator License in Indiana (or ability to obtain promptly).
