  • Event Engagement: Attend builder functions, status meetings, phase releases, phone banks, and special events to maintain relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Client Consultations: Meet prospective and current customers in-person or virtually to explain offerings, gather loan applications, documents, and attend closings.
  • Daily Lead Management: Review leads daily, contacting prospects via phone and email to schedule meetings and build your pipeline.
  • Loan Origination Excellence: Prepare loans per the Loan Officer agreement and Products & Policies manual, advising on optimal products based on individual needs.
  • Rate Locking Precision: Monitor rates, lock loans with borrowers at least 15 days pre-closing per Secondary Marketing policies.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist NHCs with pre-qualifications, provide loan status updates, and develop sales pipelines.
  • Performance Accountability: Achieve or exceed closed loan capture rates, spot loan objectives, and division sales goals set by the Division Manager.
  • Systematic Documentation: Maintain comprehensive reports in the origination system on prospects, applications, status, underwriting, locks, projections, incentives, and expenses.
