As a New Home Consultant at Lennar’s Asbury Oak community in Chattanooga, Tennessee, you will be the architect of customer dreams, guiding families through the exhilarating journey of homeownership from first hello to celebratory closing. Operating from our state-of-the-art Welcome Home Center, you'll self-generate leads, nurture prospects, and close deals that align with Lennar's ambitious business plans. The mission of the New Home Consultant is to embody Lennar's selling philosophy, creating raving fans through personalized service and expert guidance. You will manage the entire new home purchase lifecycle, ensuring seamless operations at the Welcome Home Center. Your role is pivotal in driving sales velocity, upholding zero-defect standards, and contributing to cost management and schedule adherence. In Chattanooga's burgeoning housing market, you'll showcase Lennar's superior floor plans, innovative features, and community amenities, positioning us as the undisputed leader against competitors.
Physical Demands: This active role requires regular in-person presence at job sites. Be prepared for extensive walking, lifting up to 25 lbs., finger dexterity for tech tools, and driving throughout Chattanooga.
