• Financial Precision: Estimate closing funds, secure deposits from buyers and sellers, reconcile discrepancies between instructions and title reports with officers or principals.
• Closing & Disbursement: Audit files upon receipt of all funds/documents, close escrows, and disburse funds accurately.
• Settlement Leadership: Direct or participate in settlement sheet preparation.
• Team Leadership: Train, supervise, guide, and assign work to associates, fostering a high-performance culture.
