You'll evaluate risks across Lennar Corporation, its subsidiaries, and investments, developing sophisticated audit plans that drive efficiency and compliance. With approximately 10-15% travel, you'll collaborate with executive leadership, presenting actionable insights that shape strategic decisions. Ideal for CPAs or CIAs with 2+ years of experience, this position offers exposure to complex real estate transactions, GAAP/GAAS frameworks, and high-impact audits in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

The Experienced Auditor's mission is to serve as the guardian of Lennar's financial and operational excellence. By identifying risks and recommending enhancements, you'll ensure our homebuilding empire operates with precision and transparency. This role demands a blend of analytical prowess, technical expertise, and communication finesse to influence outcomes at all organizational levels. Reporting to the Internal Audit Manager, you'll execute the annual audit plan, verify billions in assets, and champion internal controls that support Lennar's ambitious expansion goals.
Your day-to-day impact will include:
This role requires proficiency in managing multiple detailed-oriented tasks amid dynamic priorities, with writing comprising a significant portion of your contributions.
Primarily sedentary office role requiring computer operation, clear speech/hearing, occasional bending/stooping/reaching, and ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity essential; travel required.
