The Experienced Auditor's mission is to serve as the guardian of Lennar's financial and operational excellence. Detailed Responsibilities

Your day-to-day impact will include:

  • Risk Assessment & Planning: Evaluate financial and operational risks across Lennar Corporation, subsidiaries, and investments. Develop comprehensive audit test plans and procedures tailored to mitigate identified vulnerabilities.
  • Audit Execution: Conduct financial and operational audits according to the Internal Audit plan. Analyze processes, management controls, system effectiveness, and efficiency.
  • Verification & Testing: Verify assets and liabilities by comparing items to documentation. Perform detailed audit tests as defined in work programs, including tests of transactions.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure adherence to established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation.
  • Documentation Mastery: Communicate with auditees to gather information, transcribing it into standard workpaper format. Prepare narratives, analyses, process flows, and supporting documentation to substantiate findings. Organize workpapers for seamless review.
  • Reporting & Presentation: Prepare and present audit results, recommendations, and conclusions to management. Deliver clear, compelling insights that drive corrective actions.
  • Special Projects: Tackle ad-hoc assignments, process improvements, and strategic initiatives as directed by leadership.

Technical & Behavioral Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required.
