As a Process Analyst on the Process Excellence Team, you will develop and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation. Detailed Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct in-depth interviews, workshops, and focus groups with process owners, SMEs, and cross-functional leaders to capture nuanced workflow details, pain points, and best practices.
• Operational Shadowing: Immerse yourself in live operations across departments, observing workflows, dependencies, inter-team handoffs, and inefficiencies to build authentic process understanding.
• Documentation Mastery: Synthesize raw insights into polished deliverables, including detailed SOPs, work instructions, troubleshooting guides, and supporting artifacts that adhere to Lennar's standards.
• Visual Process Mapping: Design intuitive process flow diagrams, swimlane charts, and value stream maps using advanced tools like Miro, Visio, Lucidchart, or PowerPoint to visualize complexities at a glance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with diverse teams to review, validate, and iterate documentation, ensuring 100% accuracy, relevance, and buy-in before deployment.
• Documentation Governance: Establish robust version control, organize repositories in tools like SharePoint or Confluence, and create intuitive access protocols for seamless stakeholder use.
• Continuous Evolution: Monitor process changes, facilitate updates through change management protocols, and proactively revise documentation to reflect evolving business needs.

Technical & Behavioral Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering (or closely related field) from an accredited 4-year university, graduating between December 2025 and May 2026.
• Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis platforms like Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, PivotTables, VBA), Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
• Solid foundation in Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt preferred), continuous improvement, and process optimization frameworks.
• Expertise in process mapping tools (Visio, Miro, Lucidchart) and documentation best practices (e.g., APQC frameworks).
• Exceptional communication skills: articulate verbal/written abilities to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
