  • Direct all interactions with customers, on-site and off-site management companies, association managers, activities directors, gate attendants, architectural review committee (ARC) boards, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Respond promptly to all customer complaints and coordinate with Lennar's Corporate Customer Care department to resolve outstanding concerns efficiently.
  • Facilitate targeted customer care seminars for residents to enhance satisfaction and education.
  • Manage the customer complaint log, ensuring all issues are resolved within division-established timeframes.
  • Develop and maintain an effective ongoing resident relations plan, implementing initiatives that foster a satisfactory level of service as measured by formal surveys and informal feedback.
  • Oversee coordination with homebuilding field teams, administration, and sales associates to address community needs or requests seamlessly.

Community Management / Club Management

  • Manage the creation and supervision of community structures, including master and sub-homeowner associations, maintenance-free designations, CDDs, condominiums, and common associations.
  • Participate actively in the operation of Community Development Districts.

  • Provide leadership to manage relationships with business groups, achieving company and property goals.
