Detailed Responsibilities

Community Care Responsibilities

  • Direct all interactions with customers, on-site/off-site management companies, association managers, activities directors, gate attendants, ARC boards, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Respond promptly to customer complaints, coordinating with Lennar's Corporate Customer Care department for swift resolutions.
  • Facilitate customer care seminars for residents to enhance satisfaction and education.
  • Maintain a comprehensive customer complaint log, ensuring resolutions meet divisional timeframe expectations.
  • Develop and execute an ongoing resident relations plan, implementing initiatives measured by feedback, surveys, and satisfaction metrics.
  • Oversee coordination with homebuilding field teams, administration, and sales associates to address community needs.

Community Management / Club Management

  • Manage the creation and supervision of community structures, including master/sub homeowner associations, maintenance-free designations, Community Development Districts (CDDs), condominiums, and common associations.
  • Participate actively in CDD operations and governance.
  • Develop processes for consistent communication, such as newsletters, event calendars, and community websites.
  • Provide leadership to achieve company and property goals through effective business relationships.
  • Serve on HOA and CDD boards of directors as required.
  • Establish communication protocols between Lennar Sales, Community representatives, and HOA Management.
  • Lead external management companies and consultants overseeing $50M+ in assets (clubs and common areas).
  • Exercise operational control over all HOAs and clubs valued at over $50MM, developing strategies and execution plans.
  • Create essential documents including HOA agreements, club plans, condominium docs, and sales disclosures.

Homeowner and Condominium Management

  • Direct all association meetings, including quarterly, budget, committee, public presentations, and annual meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with governing documents, state laws, and best practices in condominium and homeowner management.
  • Monitor budgets, reserves, and financial health of associations.
  • Coordinate maintenance, landscaping, and amenity operations for peak performance.

Technical & Behavioral Qualifications

Technical Qualifications

  • Proficiency in HOA management software, financial reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, CDD regulations, condominium acts, and association governance.
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and vendor contracts.
  • CMCA, AMS, or PCAM certification highly preferred.
