This position demands exceptional organizational skills, proactive communication, and a passion for customer service in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. With a salary range of $37,566 - $64,480 annually (based on $18.04 - $31 hourly), this full-time role offers competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and unparalleled career growth opportunities in Vancouver, Washington.
Your mission as a Homebuyer Concierge is to ensure a seamless, stress-free experience for every homebuyer from contract signing to keys in hand. Your day-to-day impact will be profound and multifaceted:
These responsibilities demand precision, adaptability, and a customer-first mindset in a high-volume, deadline-driven setting.
Regular in-person attendance at company communities, job sites, and offices is essential. The role may involve working over eight hours daily in construction trailers, operating vehicles, reading plans, climbing stairs/ladders, bending, stooping, reaching, lifting/carrying 50+ pounds, and occasional construction equipment operation. Finger dexterity for computer and calculator use is required.
Lennar invests in your future with robust development programs. Start as Homebuyer Concierge and advance to roles like Construction Customer Care Manager, Sales Team Lead, or Division Operations roles.
