Detailed Responsibilities

Your day-to-day impact will be profound and multifaceted:

  • Serve as the Buyer's Primary Point of Contact: From Purchase Agreement execution through construction and closing, be the trusted guide, answering questions, alleviating concerns, and celebrating milestones.
  • Drive Backlog Management: Proactively reach out to homebuyers, coordinate transactions, and ensure smooth progression through escrow to minimize delays and maximize satisfaction.
  • Set Clear Expectations: Provide timely, concise updates on build status, managing expectations with transparency and empathy to build trust.

  • Ensure File Compliance and Readiness: Verify all sales files and documents are complete, compliant, and primed for successful closings, preventing last-minute hurdles.
  • Master Salesforce Milestone Tracking: Facilitate critical milestones such as Conditional Loan Approval, scheduling Dusty Shoe Walks (at foundation completion or per product type), tracking meetings with Construction Managers, Customer Care, buyers, mortgage companies, and closing attorneys, and coordinating on-time document signing.

These responsibilities demand precision, adaptability, and a customer-first mindset in a high-volume, deadline-driven setting.

Technical & Behavioral Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in business, communications, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2-3 years in homebuilding, real estate, mortgage, customer service, or related industries.

Regular in-person attendance at company communities, job sites, and offices is essential. The role may involve working over eight hours daily in construction trailers, operating vehicles, reading plans, climbing stairs/ladders, bending, stooping, reaching, lifting/carrying 50+ pounds, and occasional construction equipment operation. Finger dexterity for computer and calculator use is required.
