  • Capture and Convert Leads: Proactively identify and transform online inquiries from websites, social media, and lead generation platforms into high-quality sales prospects, ensuring no opportunity slips through the cracks.
  • Multichannel Communication: Deliver prompt, personalized responses via email, live chat, phone calls, and toll-free numbers, addressing questions about floor plans, pricing, locations, and availability with enthusiasm and accuracy.
  • Database Mastery: Manage and maintain a comprehensive Internet customer database, including regular outreach to promote available inventory, quick move-in homes, and special incentives.
  • Content & Resource Management: Update digital reference materials, community brochures, and online listings to keep all information current, collaborating with Marketing for targeted electronic campaigns.
  • Sales Guidance: Lead customers through the entire sales funnel, providing detailed info on products, financing options, builder incentives, and community amenities to build trust and excitement.
  • Event & Meeting Participation: Attend weekly sales meetings, community open houses, grand openings, and training sessions to stay ahead of market trends and product knowledge.
