  • Database Management: Maintain an accurate Internet customer database, tracking leads, scheduling follow-ups, and conducting proactive outreach for quick-move-in inventory and spec homes.
  • Content & Resource Updates: Keep digital reference materials, community brochures, and product info current, coordinating with Marketing for electronic campaign distribution.
  • Sales Guidance: Educate prospects on Lennar communities, home features, financing partnerships, incentives, and customization options to facilitate smooth transitions to in-person appointments.
  • Team Collaboration & Events: Participate in sales meetings, community open houses, training sessions, and promotional events to stay ahead of market trends and product launches.
