As an Investor Liaison I in Lennar Mortgage's Secondary Marketing team, you'll be the critical bridge between our originated loans and secondary market investors. In this virtual role based out of Phoenix, Arizona, you'll manage high-volume investor inquiries, resolve documentation suspense conditions, and drive timely loan funding. Expect to handle 25-30 conditions daily, collaborating across departments to ensure loans meet investor standards. This position demands sharp analytical skills, mortgage expertise, and relentless follow-through to achieve an average 14-day suspense-to-funding turnaround. The mission of the Investor Liaison team is to expedite loan funding by swiftly addressing investor concerns, validating conditions, and facilitating seamless transactions on the secondary market. Loans originated by Lennar Mortgage are sold to investors who scrutinize documentation and attributes—your role ensures nothing falls through the cracks. You'll interact with investors, subservicers, post-closing teams, borrowers, and internal stakeholders, embodying Lennar's core value of responsive communication. Success means funded loans, happy investors, and optimized processes that support Lennar's homebuilding ecosystem.
Your day-to-day will be dynamic and detail-oriented. Key responsibilities include:
Expect a rigorous pace: 25-30 conditions daily demand precision, multitasking, and resilience.
Minimum 2 years in mortgage post-closing, servicing, or secondary marketing; bachelor's degree preferred.
Start as Investor Liaison I and advance to Senior Liaison, Secondary Marketing Analyst, or Investor Relations Manager.
