• Contract Management: Issue contracts and work orders, ensuring flawless entry into systems like JD Edwards and Build Pro, with precise application to correct budgets and line items for audit-ready compliance.
• Tracking & Accountability: Vigilantly track all issued contracts and work orders against development budgets, providing real-time visibility into expenditures and variances.
• Financial Forecasting: Assist in expenditure forecasting to support sophisticated cash flow modeling, empowering leadership with data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
• Market Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of macro trends in materials and suppliers, developing and implementing reactive plans to counter rising costs without compromising quality or timelines.
• Vendor Relationship Mastery: Cultivate and manage strong partnerships with key vendors and suppliers, negotiating terms that deliver mutual value and long-term reliability.
