  • Regulatory & Jurisdictional Expertise: Cultivate strong relationships with governmental entities while safeguarding land use and development rights.
  • Full Lifecycle Oversight: Manage projects from permit approvals through construction, plat recording, final certifications, and community turnover to homeowners' associations (HOAs).
  • Field Operations Command: Supervise all field aspects including erosion control, grading, wet/dry utilities, paving, sidewalks, landscaping, hardscaping, amenities, post-construction as-builts, certifications, and compliance letters.
  • HOA Stewardship: Handle HOA management, including quarterly meetings, budget analysis, and enhancements to common open spaces.
  • Financial & Risk Management: Maintain and retrieve bonds/guarantees, ensuring fiscal responsibility across the division.
  • Interdepartmental Synergy: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations to deliver amenity centers, entry landscaping, and optimal marketing windows.
