  • Municipal Liaison & Approvals: Serve as the primary point of contact with municipalities, tracking permit statuses, expediting processes, and resolving issues to maintain timelines. Produce and update community-specific permitting schedules from initial approval to final stages.
  • Application Submission & Tracking: Prepare, submit, and follow up on applications to various agencies, boards, and jurisdictions. Enter permitting data into JD Edwards systems and prepare comprehensive start packages for construction managers.
  • Coordination & Meetings: Work with outside consultants, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings. Attend county board hearings on behalf of Lennar, presenting projects confidently to secure approvals.
  • Record Maintenance & Inspections: Maintain meticulous files for site plans, approvals, licenses, and permits. Facilitate inspections required for closings and ensure all paperwork is audit-ready.
