Executive Summary

The Principal Security Engineer - IAM represents the pinnacle of technical leadership within Lennar's security engineering team. • IAM Architecture Mastery: Design and oversee deployment of enterprise-grade IAM solutions spanning on-premise Active Directory/LDAP and cloud-native services (Azure Entra ID, AWS IAM, GCP Identity).
• Advanced Threat Leadership: Spearhead the most sophisticated security assessments, including threat modeling, red team exercises, purple team collaborations, and comprehensive cloud security posture management.
• Executive Alignment: Partner with C-suite leaders to ensure security initiatives directly support strategic business goals, regulatory compliance, and optimal risk posture.
• Project Orchestration: Serve as technical lead for massive-scale security transformations, coordinating engineering, architecture, compliance, and vendor teams for flawless execution.
• Identity Ecosystem Engineering: Architect integrated solutions across workforce IAM, PAM (CyberArk, Delinea), and customer IAM (Auth0, PingOne) ecosystems with zero-trust principles.
• Future-Proof Authentication: Drive adoption of passwordless authentication, FIDO2 passkeys, adaptive multi-factor authentication, and AI-powered access orchestration methodologies.

• Automation Excellence: Develop and deploy automated provisioning/deprovisioning workflows using SCIM, REST APIs, and orchestration platforms for just-in-time access.
• Cloud & SaaS Mastery: Ensure seamless IAM federation across Azure, AWS, GCP, and 100+ SaaS applications via SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC protocols.

Technical Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field (Master's strongly preferred)
• 10+ years of progressive security engineering experience with deep IAM specialization
• Proven track record leading enterprise IAM transformations in complex, regulated environments
• Hands-on expertise with identity platforms: Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Ping, ForgeRock
• Identity Governance mastery: SailPoint, Saviynt, or equivalent IGA solutions
• PAM implementation experience: CyberArk, Delinea, HashiCorp Vault
• Customer IAM: Auth0, PingOne (preferred), or similar CIAM platforms
• Protocol proficiency: SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM 2.0, RESTful APIs
