  • Oversee exterior/interior color selection updates: Ensure all visual elements reflect the latest options, keeping communities fresh and appealing.
  • Coordinate, track, and maintain signage inventory: Across assigned divisions, inventory management ensures nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Partner with approved signage vendors: Handle installs, removals, and updates for flawless execution.
  • Manage and organize the marketing closet: Keep it stocked with current branded materials, ready for immediate use.
  • Plan and execute on-site logistics for local marketing events: From grand openings and broker events to sales promotions and open house weekends, deliver memorable experiences.
