Detailed Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary marketing resource for Sales leaders and NHCs, providing real-time support in the field to drive sales momentum.
  • Fulfill NHC requests for flyers, brochures, and collateral, collaborating with regional teams to keep sales materials fresh and effective.
  • Support QMI homes by managing accurate signage, posting and monitoring MLS listings, and overseeing professional community photography to attract buyers.
  • Oversee exterior/interior color selection updates, ensuring visual merchandising aligns with Lennar's premium standards.
  • Coordinate, track, and maintain signage inventory across assigned divisions, partnering with approved vendors for timely installs, removals, and updates.
  • Manage the marketing closet, organizing it with current branded materials for easy access by sales teams.
  • Plan and execute on-site logistics for high-impact events like grand openings, broker open houses, sales promotions, and weekend open houses.
  • Support national and regional campaign rollouts, adapting strategies to local communities for maximum relevance and ROI.
  • Oversee community launch execution, including Welcome Home Center (WHC) office set-up with regional/national merchandising teams, Self-Guided Tour (SGT) installs/removals, and basic office systems setup.
  • Provide content support to regional teams with photography of homes, models, local areas, testimonials, and lifestyle shots.
  • Act as a liaison between sales, operations, and regional marketing, ensuring flawless cross-team execution and problem resolution.
