This dynamic role bridges the gap between strategic regional initiatives and hands-on community execution, ensuring every sales interaction, event, and home presentation aligns seamlessly with our world-class brand. Based in Millsboro, Delaware, you'll partner directly with New Home Consultants (NHCs), sales leaders, operations, and regional marketing teams to deliver flawless, timely support. With weekly travel across assigned divisions, this position offers the perfect blend of creativity, organization, and relationship-building in the fast-paced homebuilding industry. Ideal for early-career marketing professionals eager to make a tangible impact, this full-time opportunity promises professional growth within a supportive Fortune 500 environment.

Role & Mission

Your mission as Regional Marketing Field Coordinator is to serve as the indispensable marketing partner in the field, transforming national and regional strategies into localized successes. You'll ensure every community shines with brand-aligned materials, events, and digital presence, directly fueling sales momentum and homeowner excitement. From managing signage inventories to orchestrating grand openings, you'll handle the logistics that make Lennar's communities irresistible. This role demands a proactive, solution-oriented mindset, comfort with weekly travel within the division, and a passion for the homebuilding sector. By acting as the liaison between sales, operations, and marketing, you'll drive seamless execution that elevates Lennar's reputation in Delaware's coastal markets.

Detailed Responsibilities

Here's a comprehensive breakdown of your day-to-day impact:

  • Primary Field Marketing Support: Act as the go-to resource for Sales leaders and NHCs, providing real-time guidance on marketing best practices and materials.
  • Collateral Fulfillment: Efficiently process and deliver flyers, brochures, and sales collateral requests in collaboration with regional teams, ensuring sales teams are always equipped.
  • Quick Move-In (QMI) Expertise: Manage accurate signage for QMI homes, post and monitor MLS listings for maximum visibility, and coordinate professional community photography to showcase ready-to-move properties.
  • Design Updates: Oversee timely exterior and interior color selection updates, keeping communities visually current and appealing.
  • Signage Mastery: Coordinate, track, and maintain comprehensive signage inventories across divisions; partner with approved vendors for seamless installs, removals, and updates.
  • Marketing Closet Management: Organize and stock the marketing closet with the latest branded materials, ensuring easy access for all team members.
  • Event Execution: Plan and execute on-site logistics for high-impact events like grand openings, broker open houses, sales promotions, and weekend open houses—handling setup, flow, and teardown flawlessly.
  • Campaign Rollouts: Support national and regional marketing campaigns by implementing them effectively at the local community level.
  • Community Launches: Lead launch executions, including Welcome Home Center (WHC) office setups with regional/national merchandising teams, Self-Guided Tour (SGT) installations/removals, and basic office systems setup.
  • Content Collaboration: Assist regional content teams with on-demand photography needs, capturing homes, models, local areas, testimonials, and lifestyle shots.
  • Liaison Role: Bridge communications between sales, operations, and regional marketing for error-free execution across all initiatives.

Technical & Behavioral Qualifications

To excel, you'll bring:

  • A Bachelor of Science or Arts degree (preferred) or high school diploma/GED (required).
  • 0-2 years of experience, with proven marketing coordination work.
  • Advanced computer skills, especially Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational prowess to juggle multiple deadlines and priorities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building partnerships with sales, operations, and marketing teams.
  • Resourceful, solution-oriented mindset with comfort in digital tools like MLS platforms, Canva, and Airtable.
  • Bonus: Experience in homebuilding, real estate, or consumer-facing industries.
