  • Sales Process Mastery: Learn and execute Lennar's structured selling methodology, including drafting and writing sales contracts with eager homebuyers, honing skills that could launch you into full sales roles.
  • Buyer Backlog Management: Track and communicate with homebuyers throughout the process, resolving issues proactively to uphold satisfaction.
  • TDH Touchpoints Execution: Implement Lennar's Tickled Delighted Happy program, creating memorable moments that turn buyers into lifelong advocates.
