Executive Summary

The Senior Director, Product - Visualization Technologies is an executive-level role reporting to the VP of Product, leading the visualization sub-vertical within Lennar's high-growth Product Organization. This position demands a strategic visionary who thrives at startup pace within a Fortune 500 environment, driving AI-powered visualization solutions that transform how customers experience home design, customization, and purchasing.

Detailed Responsibilities

Executive Product Leadership

• Develop and own the 3-5 year product vision and roadmap for visualization technologies, including 3D rendering, VR/AR home tours, AI-driven design customization, and immersive sales enablement tools.
• Partner with C-suite executives to prioritize product investments, conducting rigorous ROI analysis to ensure optimal resource allocation across the Product Organization.
• Define and track KPIs including customer engagement metrics, conversion rates, development velocity, and revenue attribution from visualization features.
• Drive A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to continuously optimize visualization product performance.

Leadership and Organizational Development

• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of 15-25 across product management, design, and technical roles, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer obsession.
• Implement OKR frameworks and performance management systems to drive organizational excellence and individual growth.
• Lead process optimization initiatives, adopting agile methodologies tailored for visualization product development while maintaining enterprise governance.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion within your teams, creating pathways for talent development across all levels.
• Drive continuous innovation through hackathons, tech scouting, and partnerships with AI/ML and visualization technology leaders.

Strategic Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Design, Engineering, and Operations leaders to integrate visualization capabilities across the homebuying journey.
• Lead quarterly product launch planning and execution, coordinating cross-functional release trains that deliver business value on time.
• Work with Finance to build product P&L models and demonstrate clear ROI from visualization investments.
• Collaborate with Lennar's Lennar Digital Ventures team to evaluate and integrate emerging visualization startups and technologies.

Stakeholder and Market Engagement

• Present product strategy, performance dashboards, and roadmap updates to the executive leadership team and Board of Directors.
• Engage directly with top-tier customers (builders, buyers, partners) to validate product hypotheses and gather strategic insights.
• Maintain competitive intelligence on visualization leaders (Matterport, Autodesk, Unity) and emerging AI visualization trends.
• Represent Lennar at industry conferences focused on proptech, AI, and visualization technologies.

Technical & Behavioral Qualifications

Technical Expertise

• Deep understanding of visualization technologies including 3D rendering engines (Unity, Unreal, Three.js), VR/AR frameworks, and real-time rendering pipelines.
