Detailed Responsibilities

Software Development & AI Integration

• Design and develop full-stack applications incorporating AI/ML components for predictive modeling, natural language processing, and computer vision applications in construction and sales.
• Build responsive front-ends using React, Angular, or Vue.js, paired with robust back-ends in Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), or .NET Core.
• Implement scalable microservices architectures using containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and cloud-native services (AWS/Azure).
• Integrate third-party AI services (TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI APIs) with custom model training pipelines for homebuilding-specific use cases.

Architecture & System Design

• Lead architectural design sessions for enterprise-grade systems, ensuring alignment with Lennar's strategic roadmap and scalability requirements.
• Conduct technical design reviews, threat modeling, and performance optimization across distributed systems.
• Collaborate with DevOps to implement zero-downtime deployments, blue-green strategies, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation).

Testing, Quality & Security
