  • Accounts Payable Backup: Serve as primary backup to the Land Controller, handling land-related AP with meticulous matching of receipts, invoice coding for P-Cards, and General Ledger postings.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee vendor insurance maintenance and compliance, mitigating risks in our extensive supplier network.
  • Business Planning: Collaborate on yearly and quarterly P&L projections integral to the division's business plan submission.
  • Asset Tracking: Maintain detailed schedules for leased trailers, office equipment—both onsite and offsite—ensuring full accountability.
  • P&L Analysis: Conduct monthly P&L reviews, identifying discrepancies, escalating issues, and reviewing bills pushed from region and corporate.
  • Financial Meetings: Lead monthly financial ops meetings to scrub variances from budget on job costs for closing homes.
  • Payroll Leadership: Manage the entire division payroll process, from submissions to record retention for audits, including expense reports, bi-weekly commissions, advances, and bonuses.
