  • System Administration: Manage all operating systems (macOS, iOS, Windows) and end-user software, ensuring optimal performance, updates, and patching in collaboration with security, governance, and QA teams.
  • Mobility Operations: Handle activation, termination, and suspension of mobile voice/data accounts with major carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile), including international plans for global associates.
  • Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM): Administer EMM systems for device enrollment, configuration, and policy enforcement across diverse platforms.
