Detailed Responsibilities

Core Infrastructure Management

  • Lead deployment of workstations, printers, all-in-one devices, and mobile endpoints across 25,000+ devices, ensuring zero-downtime rollouts and standardized configurations.
  • Manage all operating systems (macOS, Windows, iOS, Android) and end-user software, including patch management, updates, and compliance enforcement.

Mobility & Carrier Operations

  • Administer Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) systems for enrollment, configuration, and ongoing management of iPads, iPhones, Android devices, Macs, and PCs.
  • Handle activation, termination, suspension, and modification of mobile voice/data accounts with major carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile), including international roaming plans for global associates.
  • Support geographically distributed teams by managing BYOD policies, device provisioning, and secure remote access solutions.

Security & Innovation

  • Ensure enterprise data integrity and security through robust endpoint protection, working closely with security, governance, and QA teams on vulnerability assessments and remediation.

  • Provide LNN media assistance, project integrations, and analytical problem-solving to resolve complex systems issues through technical deep dives.
