Reporting to the IT Infrastructure leadership team in our Miami, Florida headquarters, you'll collaborate with network engineers, security specialists, and business application teams to deploy, maintain, and innovate endpoint solutions that power one of America's largest homebuilders. Detailed Responsibilities

Core Infrastructure Management

• Coordinate with network engineering, business applications, and security teams to implement desktop, server, and mobile systems using industry best practices that align with corporate objectives.
• Lead deployment of workstations, printers, all-in-one devices, and mobile endpoints across 25,000+ devices, ensuring zero-downtime rollouts and standardized configurations.
• Manage all operating systems (macOS, Windows, iOS, Android) and end-user software, including patch management, updates, and compliance enforcement.

Mobility & Carrier Operations

• Administer Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) systems for enrollment, configuration, and ongoing management of iPads, iPhones, Android devices, Macs, and PCs.
• Handle activation, termination, suspension, and modification of mobile voice/data accounts with major carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile), including international roaming plans for global associates.
• Support geographically distributed teams by managing BYOD policies, device provisioning, and secure remote access solutions.

Security & Innovation

• Ensure enterprise data integrity and security through robust endpoint protection, working closely with security, governance, and QA teams on vulnerability assessments and remediation.
• Conduct research on innovative technologies (AI-driven management tools, zero-trust architectures) and integrate them into Lennar's applications and systems.
• Provide LNN media assistance, project integrations, and analytical problem-solving to resolve complex systems issues through technical deep dives.
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions using state-of-the-art methodologies, collaborating with vendors and third parties for optimal outcomes.

Technical & Behavioral Qualifications

Technical Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent relevant work experience/certifications (e.g., Jamf Pro Certified, Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator).
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Apple and PC systems administration, including MDM (Jamf Pro, Microsoft Intune), networking, deployment, and management.
• Deep knowledge of communications solutions: email, instant messaging, LAN/WAN connectivity, intranet/Internet applications, and carrier management.
• Proficiency in endpoint security tools, patch management systems, and cross-platform integrations with third-party services.
