  • Contract Timeline Management: Track critical timelines including Earnest Money requests, due diligence periods, and CIC submittals.
  • Greenbook Preparation: Prepare comprehensive initial land acquisition packages (Greenbooks) for corporate investment committee approval, including contract summaries and narratives.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the key liaison between subcontractors, consultants, real estate brokers, governing agencies, utility companies, and other entities related to land acquisition and development.
  • Networking & Market Intelligence: Network with builders, developers, and land sellers to maintain market awareness. Develop contacts to strengthen Lennar's competitive edge in division markets and emerging areas.
  • Pipeline & Reporting: Develop detailed pipeline reports for each county in the region. Regularly update land pipeline tracking records and meet with developers as needed.
  • Market Analysis: Gain a broad understanding of competition, house types/sizes, price points, and sales absorption across target counties.
  • Budgeting & Entitlements: Handle development/entitlement budgeting and compile materials for hearings and review boards.
  • Legal Coordination: Collaborate with attorneys on LOIs, Contracts, Amendments, and ensure ongoing compliance. Coordinate contracts with brokers and monitor with VPs and external counsel.
  • Financial Operations: Order Earnest Money with full supporting documentation and compile all Due Diligence Reports for Greenbooks.
  • HOA Support: Coordinate on matters related to HOA Management companies to ensure seamless transitions.

  • 4-year College Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or a similar program (required).
