This full-time, in-office position offers a competitive salary range of $67,870 to $128,134 annually, based on qualifications and experience. Reporting to the VP of Land and Development, you'll identify prime acquisition targets, manage due diligence, maintain critical reports, and collaborate on strategic planning. Role & Mission

The Land Acquisition Asset Manager assists in the acquisition of land, lots, land banking, and development opportunities that align with Lennar's land acquisition strategies and a deep understanding of current market trends in land development and homebuilding. Your mission is to scout, evaluate, and secure assets that position Lennar for long-term success in the Vancouver, WA market and beyond.

In this strategic role, you'll bridge the gap between opportunity identification and execution, ensuring every deal supports our 5-year growth plan. You'll work closely with VPs of Land, Development, and Finance to deliver data-driven insights that drive informed decisions. Detailed Responsibilities

Your day-to-day impact will be profound. Here's a comprehensive breakdown:

  • Identify Potential Targets: Proactively scout land acquisition opportunities using tax maps, networking with brokers, landowners, developers, and industry contacts to uncover hidden gems in the Vancouver area and surrounding regions.
  • Facilitate Due Diligence: Lead the due diligence process for contracted projects, scheduling activities through the proprietary Greenbook process in coordination with the VP of Land, ensuring all legal, environmental, and financial checks are thorough and timely.
  • Participate in Key Meetings: Attend weekly land acquisition meetings, providing updates to the Division President (DP) and VP of Land and Development on potential deals, market shifts, and pipeline progress.
  • Maintain Critical Reports: Manage inventory reports, track critical dates, prepare contract summaries, and conduct periodic market analyses to keep leadership informed and ahead of trends.
  • Organize Documentation: Maintain comprehensive Land Contract files, maps, exhibits, and related documents in the Division office, ensuring accessibility and compliance.
