  • Maintain Critical Documentation and Reports: Keep inventory reports, critical dates, contract summaries, and periodic market analyses up-to-date and accessible for leadership review.
  • Manage Land Contract Files: Organize and maintain physical and digital files, maps, and documents in the Division office for easy reference and compliance.
  • Build and Leverage Networks: Network proactively with other builders, developers, brokers, and influencers to stay ahead of market trends and cultivate valuable relationships.
  • Negotiate Purchase Agreements: Collaborate with management, outside attorneys, and regional legal teams to negotiate terms, specifics, and approvals for purchase and sale agreements.
