• Schedule & Construction Mastery: Maintain rigorous community and construction schedules, overseeing all activities from groundbreaking to grand opening, with a laser focus on quality control to deliver zero-defect homes.
• Design Coordination: Gather critical input from Division Executives on site layout and architectural elements, ensuring designs reflect market needs and Lennar's high standards.
• Consultant Supervision: Direct outside experts in architecture, civil engineering, landscape architecture, and soils engineering, from selection to project delivery.
• Reporting Excellence: Deliver weekly written reports detailing progress, trade partner meetings, agency interactions, problem resolutions, and safety protocols.
• Budget & Contract Leadership: Develop and safeguard site budgets; negotiate favorable contracts with consultants to optimize costs without compromising quality.
• Feasibility & Planning Support: Contribute to feasibility studies, evaluating viability through data-driven insights.
• Regulatory & HOA Navigation: Manage DRE processing, craft CC&Rs, establish HOAs, serve as liaison or board member as required, and secure exoneration of bonds.
• Permitting & Models: Coordinate model complexes and conditional use permits, streamlining approvals.
• Operations Support: Partner with the Operations Department throughout construction, troubleshooting and enhancing efficiency.
