  • Reporting Excellence: Deliver weekly written reports detailing progress, trade partner meetings, agency interactions, problem resolutions, and safety protocols.
  • Budget & Contract Leadership: Develop and safeguard site budgets; negotiate favorable contracts with consultants to optimize costs without compromising quality.
  • Feasibility & Planning Support: Contribute to feasibility studies, evaluating viability through data-driven insights.
  • Regulatory & HOA Navigation: Manage DRE processing, craft CC&Rs, establish HOAs, serve as liaison or board member as required, and secure exoneration of bonds.
  • Permitting & Models: Coordinate model complexes and conditional use permits, streamlining approvals.
