• Site Leadership: Travel to active construction sites to evaluate trade partner performance firsthand, delivering insightful reports and recommendations to the Director of Purchasing.
• Supply Chain Optimization: Develop and implement material sourcing strategies that streamline supply chain flow for designated categories, reducing bottlenecks and enhancing efficiency.
• Industry Vigilance: Maintain a pulse on emerging industry trends, best practices, and innovations within specified sourcing categories to keep Lennar ahead of the curve.

Technical & Behavioral Qualifications
