We build quality homes and provide exceptional customer service while giving back to the communities where we work and live. As a Fortune 500® company consistently ranked among the top homebuilders in the United States, Lennar fosters a culture of opportunity and growth for our Associates throughout their careers. Join us in building more than homes—we're building futures.

Executive Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager (TPM) to own and modernize Treasury platforms within our large-scale homebuilding organization. This strategic role partners closely with Treasury, Finance, Accounting, and Technology teams to drive system transformation across Oracle JD Edwards (E1) and Oracle EPM, ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient cash, debt, and liquidity management. The ideal candidate combines deep Treasury domain expertise, strong technical systems knowledge, and hands-on experience leading enterprise financial system transformations in complex, multi-entity environments. If you thrive at the intersection of finance, technology, and product management, this is your opportunity to shape the future of Treasury operations at a Fortune 500 homebuilding leader.

Role & Mission

As the Technical Product Manager - Treasury, you will serve as the visionary leader for our Treasury systems ecosystem. Your mission is to transform manual, fragmented processes into automated, integrated platforms that support Lennar's explosive growth in homebuilding. From high-volume cash flows for land acquisitions to multi-entity liquidity planning, you will champion initiatives that deliver business value, mitigate risks, and ensure regulatory compliance. Reporting to the Lennar Technology Group (LTG), you will bridge business needs with technical execution, owning the product lifecycle from strategy to delivery.

Detailed Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Ownership

  • Own the end-to-end product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Treasury systems and capabilities, aligning with Lennar's strategic growth objectives.
  • Translate complex Treasury business needs into actionable product requirements, epics, and user stories that drive tangible improvements in efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Treasury leadership to prioritize initiatives based on business value, risk reduction, regulatory impact, technical dependencies, and ROI.
  • Leverage demonstrated experience with automation, AI/ML practices, and advanced analytics to transform manual workloads into intelligent, scalable solutions.

Treasury Systems & Transformation

  • Lead comprehensive transformation initiatives across Treasury platforms, including cash positioning and forecasting, debt and covenant management, bank account management with signatory controls, and payments processing (wires, ACH) with robust fraud prevention.
  • Drive seamless integrations between Oracle JD Edwards (E1), Oracle EPM (including FCCS, ARCS, PCM where applicable), banking partners, and third-party payment platforms.
  • Partner with Treasury leadership to evolve funding strategies, optimize liquidity, and support capital-intensive homebuilding operations like land banking and community development.

Oracle E1 & EPM Leadership

  • Serve as the authoritative product manager for all Treasury-related functionality within Oracle JD Edwards (E1), ensuring optimal configuration and utilization.
  • Within the Lennar Technology Group (LTG), collaborate across teams to enable Oracle EPM capabilities supporting Treasury reporting, forecasting, reconciliations, and financial close processes.
  • Guide critical system design decisions, expertly balancing standard functionality, strategic configurations, and minimal customizations to maximize long-term maintainability and scalability.

Homebuilding & Capital-Intensive Domain Expertise

  • Address Treasury needs unique to homebuilding, such as managing high-volume cash flows from land acquisitions, construction financing, and home closings.
  • Navigate multi-entity, multi-bank operating structures across divisions, communities, and legal entities nationwide.
  • Develop seasonal liquidity planning and working capital management systems that scale with Lennar's geographic expansion and project pipelines.

Technical & Delivery Leadership

  • Collaborate with solution architects, developers, data engineers, and external integrators to deliver secure, reliable, and compliant Treasury solutions.
  • Champion agile methodologies, leading sprint planning, release management, user acceptance testing, and production readiness ceremonies.
  • Ensure all solutions adhere to cybersecurity best practices, SOX compliance, and evolving financial regulations.

Technical & Behavioral Qualifications

Technical Expertise

  • 5+ years in Treasury operations or financial systems product management, with proven success in enterprise transformations.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Oracle JD Edwards (E1) Treasury modules and Oracle EPM suite (FCCS, ARCS, PCMCS).
  • Strong knowledge of treasury management systems (TMS), banking APIs, payment rails (ACH, SWIFT, RTP), and fraud detection technologies.
  • Proficiency in agile tools (Jira, Confluence), requirements management, and data modeling for financial systems.

Behavioral Competencies

  • Exceptional stakeholder management across Finance, Treasury, IT, and executive leadership.
  • Strategic thinker with a bias for action and ability to influence without authority.
  • Analytical problem-solver who thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communicator skilled in translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Career Path & Growth at Lennar

At Lennar, your career is built to last. This TPM role is a launchpad to senior product leadership, potentially overseeing broader Finance Technology portfolios or transitioning into LTG executive positions. We invest in your growth through mentorship programs, leadership training, and cross-functional rotations. Many Associates advance rapidly, with clear paths to Director and VP roles. Enjoy tuition reimbursement, certifications (CTP, PMP), and exposure to C-suite initiatives driving Lennar's next decade of dominance in homebuilding.
